Must have experience in Recruitment by engaging with consultants as well as searching on online/other platforms to close the positions as per the target.
Experience in formulating HR Policies as per the Company's Business and requirements.
To engage with employees and ensure smooth functioning of HR in all departments in order to have a high motivational level of people in the organisation.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Assess training needs to help employee meet performance goal. Conduct HR workshops as per requirements.
Experience: 5- 8 years.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in HR Management
