Role specific skillsets -
- The candidate should have working / practical knowledge about operation of certain service industry of BFSI segment such as PMS, MF, Offshore funds etc.
- The candidate should have the ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly; and be able sound judgments based on this information.
- GST expertise- GST Returns, Reconciliations, Ledger scrutiny, answering auditors' queries
- Account Payable Experience with MNC / Bank / FI- expenses claim settlements,
- Client Facing experience,
- TDS knowledge,
- Audit Management,
- Designing MIS.

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to be,
- CA with 3-5 years experience in Financial Service sector, Bank & Financial Institutions or working with a consulting firm and handling clients in the financial services sector
- Very good GST experience- return filing, reconciliations, etc.
- Very good accounts payable experience
- He / She should have good oral and written communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, leadership and people management skills.
- Business understanding, systems and computer skills are required. Accuracy and the ability to handle responsibility with limited supervision are important.
- He / she should not have major constraint for travelling outstation.
- He / She should be in a position to lead the team of at least 5-6 juniors under him and guide them. Also may have to report to partner directly
- Essential - Process Skills, CAATS, Transaction processing, Leadership, Research Ability, Analytical Ability, Ariba, Oracle, Concur.
