This job is required to drive global compensation and benefits.
It includes manpower budgeting, HR MIS and corporate reporting and dashboards. The role involves playing a critical part in management and governance of the total manpower cost through analytics, participation in salary surveys, supporting the global compensation revision process. Understanding of contemporary and best practices is critical in this role.
Support in designing and drafting the standard guideline for global benefit and policies
Understanding of contemporary compensation and benefits practices
High order of analytical ability, and comfort with numbers,
Ability to effectively interface with multiple geographies and cultures,
Excellent MS Excel skills :
- MBA HR degree 2 years full time from reputed HR institutes with 2-4 years exp in Compensation, Rewards and Benefits domain from branded companies or consulting background
Compensation range : 14 - 16 LPA INR
