Assistant Manager - GL Accounting & Taxation

- Month close expense review and provisioning

- Ensuring month-end books are closed accurately and timely. Working with timelines is essential.

- Controlling the Balance Sheet accounts of different business areas through in-depth analysis of all accounts every month

- Ensuring that all GL accounts are supported with detailed back up and fully explained for each month

- Closely working with Statutory, Tax and TP auditors to close base level issues.

- Supporting various tax assessments with all relevant details from time to time

- Ensuring supports are maintained for all JVs and vouchers like approvals, working files and audit trail

- Supporting ad-hoc requirements of management from time to time.

Necessary Skills : 

- Good command over Excel, working knowledge of SAP (other ERP),

- Detail oriented, energetic and result oriented.
