The Business Development Head is responsible for acquisition and management of key accounts.Building and maintaining a long term relationship with accounts and maximising sales opportunities within them.
- Ensure fulfillment of key metrices inthe business Plan.
- Acquisition of new institutional customers and increase the base month on month
- Achieve market penetration into all Institutions.
- Key Account Management - enhance/ develop the revenues in continuing accounts
- Developing and maintaining constructive relationship with all key accounts
- Continuous building and review of client pipeline
- Advise businesses on market trends.
- Ability to respond quickly to market developments.
- Develop complete product portfolio, pricing, discounts and schemes for customers
- Competitor activity analysis and Market intelligence
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Conceptualize and propagate customer value proposition
- Understanding and execution of contract framework
- Manage and review institutional customer sales cycle
- Evolve suitable pricing schemes aligned with the external environment.
- Tracking of competitors and their strategy along with gathering of market intelligence
- Writing RFP's in coordination with the key stake holders in the organization.
- Meeting the customer expectation through seamless coordination with Production and other support departments.
- Recruit, Lead, direct, motivate and mentor the team.
