Roles & Responsibilities -

- Preparation of standalone as well as consolidated financial statements (quarterly as well as annual) as per IND AS / Indian GAAP.

- Preparation of deck for quarterly reporting to parent as per IFRS for Indian as well as overseas entities on consolidated basis

- Monthly preparation of MIS including variance analysis of balance sheet and P&L items.

- Maintaining the fixed asset register and physical verification through third party vendor as per company policy.

- Scrutiny of ledgers.

- First point of contact for audits, co-ordination with all functions regarding audit requirements.
