Job Description:

Fund Raising Support:

- Prepare investor presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials.

- Manage due diligence, data rooms, and investor queries.

- Organize annual meetings and develop investor databases.

- Oversee onboarding, communication, and engagement with investors.

- Circulate internal updates and reports.

Finance & Accounts:

- Assist in fund management, financial reporting, and coordination with consultants.

- Prepare financial statements, investor reports, and performance analysis.

- Manage fund audits and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
