Assistant Manager - Fulfillment Centre - FMCG

- Build a core team of analysts, process excellence executives to achieve the following goals

- Build scalable processes for Jumbotail Fulfillment centers for both staples and FMCG warehouses

- Build processes that can scale and meet the requirements of variety of customers (HoReCa, Supermarkets, Kirana, cafes etc) and can handle the complexities of all types of food and grocery products

- Own all cost reduction initiatives for Last Mile

- Driver productivity improvement

- Collaborate with product and tech to drive innovation and automation in fulfilment centre

- Set targets and incentives for pickers / packers / executives and warehouse managers

- Build new capabilities in future to handle categories like fruits and vegetables and cold storage items

- Outbound Ops Cost

- Stock damage / expiry and losses
