- Strong Experience in Fixed Assets
- Team handling experience of 10+ FTEs
- Review asset task requests and maintenance changes including transfers, sales and retirements into ERP
- Review lease changes including new leases, amendments, extensions and terminations into ERP
- Review/approve balance sheet account reconciliations, including monitoring asset and accrual balances for appropriateness.
- Manage income lease revenue process and expense lease percentage rent letters
- Responsible for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving accounting problems and discrepancies
- Partner with other departments on financial matters including finance policies and procedures.
- Establishes and maintains effective communication and coordination with others including peers in Finance, the business and management.
- Ability to handle Customer Queries
- Support/provide inputs for internal/external audit
- Ensuring delivery of transitioned process as per SLA
- Driving process initiaves through transformation/automation
KRA:
- Detailed knowledge of Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting
- Experience of working in Oracle EBS
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office, especially MS Excel / Process Maps
