(Chartered Accountant ) Fixed Asset Accounting (AM Level) - Europe market  - Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.  - Financial analysis/ reviews to assure integrity and quality of financial information and ensure that Fixed Assets accounting and operations have complied with the Company's Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX Controls  - Lead various enterprise wide and process related improvement projects.  - Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems and process.  - Hands on a person who can handle work pressures, and lead by example.  - Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric approach within the overall team charter.  - Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.  - Facilitate strong relationship with business partners especially Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.   - Enable and provide guidance, direction, and support to team members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.- Build the strong relationship with business partners especially Business Finance team through effective communication and regular interaction.  - Should be a good team player  Requirements:  - Qualified Chartered Accountant.  - 2-5 years work experience (preferably from an MNC environment and/or international accounting firm previously).  - Experience in Fixed Assets Accounting is a MUST.  - Knowledge of US GAAP  - Exposure to SAP will be added advantage to the applicant.  - Good communication skills (both written & spoken English) and collaborative skills.  - Must be able to work effectively with a cross functional team at different geographical locations.
