Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting & Analysis - Oil & Gas - CA

We are looking for a Sr. Manager Financial Reporting & Analysis for an Oil & Gas JV

Job Profile:

- Responsible for financial reporting, analysis and statutory audits under the IndAS formats.

- Financial Reporting of quarterly & yearly standalone and consolidated results of the company as per IndAS

- Includes KPI, variance analysis and adopt an independent role in driving accounting policies and procedures.

- This role is also key interface to secretarial requirements and taxation requirements of the company.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant with 2-4 years of relevant experience

- Manufacturing experience is a must

- Person should be well versed with accounting on S4Hana and should take a lead in handling statutory auditors of the company

- Exposure to establishing controls and internal controls for ICFR

- Experience in Foreign reporting is a plus
