They have a very established presence in India and are looking for a dynamic individual to handle their financial planning process in South Asia.

Job Description - As Assistant Manager - Financial Planning, you will be working in an individual contributor role. You will be reporting into the Business Controller. Your responsibilities with include:

- Delivering insightful business analysis that guides decision making for the Sales and the leadership team in addition to various internal management reporting processes

- Analyzing all parts of the business, the underlying drivers, and recommending actions to the country leadership

- Developing best-in-class decision support systems and processes with a view to enable timely and accurate data capture and consolidation

- Providing objective viewpoints to decision making while employing best in class tools and techniques to drive decision-making and drive external focus and benchmarking

- Assisting in development of the forecast for P&L, cash and other financial metrics while understanding business drivers and incorporate into outlooks and estimates. Leading and managing all internal financial reporting processes while adhering to time lines and processes developed at Group level

- Developing and deploying best-in-class streamlined internal work processes that target efficiency to do the same

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you will be either a qualified chartered accountant or a qualified MBA with 4+ years of work experience in the FMCG or Pharmaceutical sector. You will have previous experience in key stakeholder management. You will have experience with analysis of complex data. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work with counterparts in other Asian countries.
