Job Purpose :
- To assist in Budgeting & Planning process, Monthly MIS & reporting, Metal Accounting and carry out adhoc analysis for various functions in Clean Air India.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- To assist in Budgeting & Forecasting process, Business Plans and Special projects
- To provide comprehensive & detailed financial analysis and reports on periodic basis
- To leads cost improvement and process improvement projects
- To Independently handle Metal Accounting, reconciliation and reporting
- To design and maintain reporting dashboards and Financial Modelling
Socpe :
- Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in P&L lines
- Preparation of monthly financial Forecast and explanation of key business drivers
- Monthly Reconciliation and reporting of Metal and Accrual
- Review & Analyse Customer pricing and discuss with Commercial team on periodic basis
- Preparation of various Reports to support the Management needs and ensuring timely adherence to deadlines
- Monthly variance reporting and reporting of any issues, risks & opportunities, Flash reporting (pre-month end estimate of expenses)
- Preparation of monthly Management packs, Review decks & getting into discussions with
Finance Management :
- Preparation of Annual budget and Business plan within the defined timeliness and collaborate with other functions
- Lead cost saving projects and process improvement projects by collaboration with other functions
- Develop Financial modelling and Templates for smooth business operations & activities
- To undertake various financial improvement projects alongwith peers at other sites and regional office in JM group
- Other ad-hoc work assigned by FC and Reporting Manager
QUALIFICATIONS/ KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE :
- Chartered Accountant [CA] / MBA for reputed organisation
- 4-8 years relevant post-qualification experience in a reputed multi-national organisation
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial management principles
- Working knowledge of SAP
- High degree of proficiency in MS-Office

- Work beyond office hours might be required in case of exigencies
