Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis/Financial Reporting - BFSI - CA/IIM/FMS

One of our leading Financial clients in Hyderabad is looking for AM role who has strong work experience in Finance reporting with strong People Management skills.

Designation : AM (Sup)

Qualification : CA / MBA (Tier 1 - B Schools)

Experience : 6+ Years

Shift : APAC / EMEA

Responsibilities :

- Performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) / Reporting/ Controllership / Analytics function

- Complete Finance Packs and also walk through Business/Onshore partners on the same

- Manage relationship with Business/Onshore partners

- Manage global projects and ad-hocs from onshore or internal management

- Managing a team at least 2 years on papers.

- Mandatory Skills:

- The activity would involve good excel skill and presentation skills

- Excellent oral/written communication skills

Desired Skills :

- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals

- A good team player

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well-defined procedures and changing work mix
