1. Financial reporting and MIS preparation for the senior management

2. Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

3. Analyzing Sales and Revenue data that can be used to make business decisions

4. Tracking the revenues by product, service and offering for the company, over time and charting the trend; and highlighting potential risk and opportunities

5. Preparing Annual Budget, Monthly Estimates and Cash flow.

6. Review of Variable and Fixed Expenses, taking accruals wherever required. Analysis of cost and suggestion for Cost reduction and optimization.

7. Allocation of Expense to concern BA and passing of entries for Cost allocated by corporate.

8. Monitoring Inventory Stock, purchases and Overage, taking plan with concern teams for consumption, working of provision as per company policy.

9. Working of Inventory Overhead and Fibre devaluation.

10. Preparing of material account report, Scrap report and Sourcing efficiency.

11. Preparing data as per required of plant team for their presentation and performance review.

12. Coordinate with Internal and Statutory auditor.
