Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - CA

Role: Finance Planning & Analysis

The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) AM will be an integral part of the Business Finance team and report to the Head of FP&A. The FP&A Manager will assist with the preparation of internal/external financial reports, Board of Directors materials, monthly financial analysis materials, and provide ad hoc analysis for the organization.

Role Description:

- Help in Business Unit level Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Rolling Forecasts to develop Group Level AOP

- Help lead and execute month-end and quarter-end P&L distribution and forecast consolidation for all regions/group entities

- Create and Maintain Financial Models for Business Planning and Forecasting

- Craft and manage MIS reports

- Work with business operations, and other key stakeholders to generate requested reporting output

- Help drive key insights and analytics

- Execute value-added analysis and provide decision support for special projects and initiatives

- Assist in developing finance and business presentations; related supporting materials

- Develop and manage Business Information tools

- Help drive key insights and analytics

Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Ability to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlines

- High degree of proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

- Exposure to ERP system & business analytical tool.
