GENERAL SUMMARY:

- State the main purpose(s) of the job in the organization. What is the general level of responsibility?

- The candidate will be part of FP&A team within finance function. The candidate will be responsible to manage FP&A activities on a day-to-day basis. The position will be responsible for annual budget & forecasting exercise, generating monthly closing review packs and adhoc analysis.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- State the primary responsibilities of the role and the primary tasks for each function.

- Drive month end financial closing partnering with accounting team along with a detailed trend/variance analysis = 15%

- Responsible for preparing and analyzing company & annual budget process = 20%

- Review and analyze Capex & Opex spends and identify areas to improve efficiencies and reduce cost = 20%

- Interacting with US finance teams to ensure timely month end reporting of expenses, variance reporting and analysis= 10%

- Preparing monthly dashboards by department and liaison with functional owners on quarterly basis to update them on financial performance = 20%

- Ad hoc queries and analysis = 15%

TOTAL = 100%

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION: Master's or Advanced

FIELD OF STUDY: Chartered Accountant

EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of post-qualification experience

CERTIFICATION(S): Certification(s) preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER ATTRIBUTES:

- Preferably have worked in financial service industry

- Exposure to any ERP package will be preferable

Work mode: Hybrid_2 days WFH & 3 days WFO in a week
