Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis - BFSI

One of our leading Financial clients in Gurgaon is looking for AM role who has strong work experience in FP&A.

Designation : AM (IC)

Qualification : CA / ICWA / CS / MBA (Tier 1 and Tier 2)

Experience : 3 - 5 Years

Shift : APAC / EMEA

Responsibilities-

- Performing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Reporting/ Controllership function

- Complete Finance Packs and also walk through Business/Onshore partners on the same

- Manage relationship with Business/Onshore partners

- Manage global projects and ad-hocs from onshore or internal management

- Experience :

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience (Chartered Accountant/ICWA/CS)

- Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience (M.B.A Finance)

Mandatory Skills:

- Controller/FP&A experience is a must (No AP/AR/Recon)

- The activity would involve good excel skill and presentation skills

- Excellent oral/written communication skills

Desired Skills :

- Demonstrates a positive attitude while focusing on completing tasks or goals

- A good team player

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment such as lack of well-defined procedures and changing work mix

- Knowledge of SAP (EPM) ERP will be preferred
