Job Responsibilities :

- Have a good understanding of the Financial Planning and Analysis process with strong excel and data driven tools background.

- Should be in a position to work on the Hyperion Essbase tools and proficient in using excel based templates to load forecasted data into Essbase and troubleshoot.

- Effectively use Audit templates to identify, reconcile and fix the differences between the loaded forecasted data with original set.

- Coordinate with various departments to gather the information and also should be able to provide adhoc reports at product level forecasting, basis the request from onshore partners.

- Working experience on the large data will be a plus.

- Assist, perform and manage all aspects of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting

- Working knowledge on Hyperion and Essbase Cubes.

- Experience with the data load using Hyperion and Excel based templates.

- Monthly financial data submissions to Hyperion / Essbase and also extraction of the data using cubes.

- Understand and incorporate industry specific metrics into reports to highlight relevant trends and support fact-based business decisions.

- Work closely with the business to develop, recommend and establish strategies, plans, and processes to improve profitability and cost efficiencies.

Qualification - Required Skills:

- Masters in Commerce/ MBA / Chartered Accountant (inter) / Cost Accountants (Inter)

- Minimum of 6 -8 yrs of experience in total and 5+ yrs handling Financial Planning and Analysis process in BPO

- Knowledge on planning, forecasting and budgeting using Hyperion cubes

- Working knowledge of software tools ( Ex: PeopleSoft, Essbase, Excels Access etc)

- Experience working with strict deadlines (i.e. month-end close process) and proven ability to be successful in a fast paced environment

- Analytical skills & an inquisitive mind, strong communication skills and documentation ability, detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to proactively work toward a goal without significant structure or rules

- Working knowledge on MS Excel/Access"

Good to have Skills :

- Prior Healthcare experience

- Understanding of Admin system (Policy & claims sub system)

- Understanding of US Healthcare system

- Understanding of HIPAA and other guidelines

- Understanding of MS Access

- Prior Transition Experience

Educational Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree / Masters degree in Commerce
