Assistant Manager - Finance - Venture Capital Firm

Our client is a well-established & Large Venture Capital Firm having active investments in several startups.

They are looking for an Assistant Manager Finance for their organization to join them as soon as possible. The incumbent will be responsible for:

- Assisting the FC in financial reporting, audit and compliance of SEBI registered funds & Offshore Entities

- Create and track key business parameters / metrics

- Liaise with fund accountants to manage fund finance and reporting for a Category II AIF and offshore funds

- Manage book closures, audit, tax filings and investor reporting

- Manage all payments including vendor, salaries, reimbursements etc

- Manage GST, TDS, ROC and other statutory compliance

- Evolve business reporting to keep pace with changing business needs

- Assist the finance controller with capital calls and distributions

To qualify for these positions you should:

- CA / Inter CA

- Have 2 to 6 years of experience in Accounts and Finance

- Have experience in fund accounting / AIF / PE / VC funds

- Have good experience in Taxation, Financial & Investor Reporting

- Some experience in Fund Accounting, Audit, Compliance & Management

- Have strong personality, great communication and leadership skills

- Must be a young person with High Energy and Dynamic in nature.

- Be currently from Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
