- Deliver Budget and Outlook based on Global Accounting standards for all Service Lines

- Drive Local Budget and Outlook process with Business Unit and Service Line Controllers

- Driving month end close process for Global Reporting

- Lead Driver based analysis of Gross Margins and Direct, Indirect Expenses reported on monthly basis

- Prepare PowerPoint presentation on Financial update for monthly/bi-monthly/Annual Leadership meeting
