Assistant Manager - Finance - Conglomerate

Our client is a part of an European Conglomerate and is one of the leading companies in India. They are now looking for an experienced individual to be a part of their Finance function.

- Day to day accounting applying the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Direct & Indirect tax as well as Internal Controls

- Performing GST reconciliation & Ensuring GST compliance

- Assisting in preparation & filling of GST and other Statutory Returns

- Assist in computation of Direct (Income Tax including Deferred Tax)

- Perform recording of all transactions including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, expenses, etc and ensure that all transaction are recorded accurately and in accordance with Finance policies and procedure

- Perform general accounts analysis and reconciliations, including bank statements, fixed assets, accruals and prepaid expenses

- Assist in the preparation of financial reports including financial statements

- Assist in Statutory, Internal and other Audits
