Assistant Manager - Finance - CA/ICWA - Real Estate/Construction

Position with a leading real estate development and investment organisation in Dubai.

Person profile:

- CAs / ICWAs with 2-3 years experience with reputed organizations having experience in core accounting function / statutory audit with good technical skills, experience of working with accounting softwares like Oracle / SAP and knowledge of International Accounting Standards / International Financial Reporting Standards.

- Experience in real estate / construction sector will be preferred.

- The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining the financial accounts of the company and its branches and subsidiaries as well as for organizing and executing all activities associated with the accounting function such as general ledger maintenance, chart of accounts, financial statements, etc.
