JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Thorough understanding of Client's Business processes and planning the audit assignment.

- Identification, verification of the controls present and suggesting areas of improvement.

- Audit of financial statements by applying audit procedures, benchmarking with industry standards.

- Application of Accounting Standards and Guidance Notes for proper disclosure and presentation as per the Indian GAAP.

- Audit and analysis of revenue and Cost of Sales, Accounts Receivables, Loans & Advances Accounts Payable, Secured & Unsecured Borrowing and Cash and Bank independently

- Tax Audits, Special Assignments like Industry Analysis using DCF, DSCR, Stock Audits, and Consultancy in Taxation matter related to personals & corporate.

- Drafting of key client deliverables viz. Audit Report, Financial Statements, Cash Flow Statement, Management letters etc. |
