Assistant Manager - Finance - CA

Minimum Qualification: CA and/or ICWA with Commerce background

Experience: 5-8 years (post qualification)

Expertise:

- Maintenance and finalisation of Accounts in ERP environment (Oracle/SAP), MIS, Cost Accounting experience. Indirect Taxes.

- Exposure to ERP environment (Oracle, SAP) is mandatory.

- Exposure to manufacturing industry is preferable.

Professional Background:

- Should have hands on experience in Accounts closing, Audit and MIS in a medium sized organisation with turnover of at least Rs.250 Cr and/ or fund management of Rs.120 Cr per annum.

- Should have thorough knowledge of Companies Act, Accounting Standards and working knowledge of the relevant Direct and Indirect Tax Laws. Candidates with experience in Cost Accounting records maintenance and Cost Audits in addition to the above will be preferred.

- Should have thorough knowledge base of all Indirect Tax Laws like Sales Tax, Service Tax, Works Contract Tax, Customs Duty, Excise Duties etc.

- Hands on experience in preparation and submission of periodical Returns under relevant statutes.

- Liaison with statutory authorities, attending hearings and representing the Company in various forums related to the job role.

- Basic knowledge of Direct taxation and compliances desirable.
