Assistant Manager
Job Duties & Key Responsibilities:
- Well versed in Financial Analysis of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss a/c
- Collating Business data from Loan Management system
- Cash Flow and ALM analysis
- Managing Lender and NCD repayments on time with correct workings
- MIS for Investors and Lenders within TAT
- Managing RBI data feeds
- Functional knowledge of Tally / other ERP packages.
- Should Continuously monitor the policies and guidelines and drive and push the team and ensure compliance.
- Should Continuously work on Process improvements and ensure resource optimization.

a) CA Inter
b) Work Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in banking industry/ NBFC.
- Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills.
- Should have experience of handling team & different stakeholders.
- Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills.
- High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials.
