Accountabilities:

1. Preparation of Books of accounts: Prepare and maintain the accounts of Real Estate Project.

2. Reconciliations: Ensure to reconcile Advances, Debtors, Bank accounts, Creditors, Investments, Secured Loans and Unsecured Loans etc.

3. Banking Transactions : Fund management, preparation of Fund reports

4. Monitoring Loans/Borrowings: Coordinating with Bankers for getting the disbursements of Loans and monitoring all the loans

5. Construction / Property related matter :Monitoring and analyzing of Construction / Property related matter

6. Direct & Indirect Tax compliances: Ensure to make the Statutory Payments (TDS and GST).

7. Prepare data for statutory compliance and prepare the data to the notices received from the Dept.

8. Coordinating with third parties like Auditors and Bankers

9. Preparing the MIS like Project MIS

10. Support to team members
