JOB PROFILE : Assistant Manager Finance - Accruals
LOCATION : Bangalore
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Transition of E2E Accrual process to central team
- Engage with Service Lines and Countries on getting proper documentation for sign off on Accruals process
- To compute the accruals based on PO/ GRN
- Consolidate accruals and get clearance from Service line (Budget owner) before posting
- Ensure accruals have proper supporting & approvals (for Audit)
- Reconciliation of the bookings in GL and timely reversal on regular basis
- Ensure necessary Financial controls are operational in the process
- Work with project team on simplifying Journal posting (if required)
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
6-8 years of relevant experience - Important
Understanding of Financial and Accounting Concepts - Important
Professional qualification in Finance (Chartered Accountant, MBA - Finance) - Important
Sound knowledge on SAP ways of working - Desirable but can be learned on job
General understanding of P2P and Record to Report activities
