Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounts - CA/ICWA/MBA
Position Purpose: This role will support Lead - PPM in preparation of monthly MIS reports, financial budgeting, planning and analysis activities. In addition, the role also actively has to support the Digital Transformation initiatives for automation/digitization of reporting.
Job Description:- Assist in analyzing financial performance by collecting, interpreting, and summarizing financial data from various sources. Conduct variance analysis, trend analysis, and other financial assessments to identify key insights and trends.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate key findings and insights to management and stakeholders.
- Support the team in the development of financial forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans. Assist in gathering relevant data, updating financial models, and validating assumptions to ensure the accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
- Assist in Product costing, developing costing models and cost allocations to segments/business units.
- Perform standard costing variance analysis and present insights to management for better decision making.
- Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing & supply chain related costs and present key findings to all stakeholders.
- Provide support role in project management
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Build a team to be future-ready by way of upskilling Product Development Team.
- Motivate team members to manage retention.
- Periodically review performance of team.
- Arrange for Training & Awareness programs.
Industry Preference: Manufacturing preferably Oil & Gas/FMCG/Pharma
