Position Title : Assistant Manager - F & A

Duties & Responsibilities :
We require a full time on roll resource to be based at Thane office and open to travel at least twice a month to nearby project sites in Boisar & Palghar. The duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following :
- Month/quarter/year end closing entries, provisions, SAP reports, GL reviews for all projects and legal entity.
- Finalisation of Project financial and entity financials after detailed review.
- Review and consolidation of MIS as per templates (Including Cashflow).
- Complete compliance of GST & TDS including payments and returns filing.
- Frequent review and monitoring of receivable portion handled by CR team including SFDC entries and reco.
- Oversee payable portion handled by project accountants. Vendors- / Contractor's reconciliations on periodic interval.
- Review cash flow, collection forecast, fund utilisation & fund planning for all projects.
- Support regional finance head in contract review, SoP implementation, BWR, ICFR, RERA compliances /certifications etc.
Job Specifications :
- Education qualification : CA
- Years of Experience : 3-4 Yrs experience
Desired Skills :
- Working Experience on SAP/SFDC, Conceptual understanding of finance & accounts,
- Proficient in M.S. Office specially M.S Excel, Good in GST and TDS.
