Job Title: Asst. Manager, Manager- F&A

Department / Division:Finance & Accounts / Based at Hyderabad

Position reports to:Functionally reports to Cluster Finance Head and (GM-Finance)

Minimum Qualification (i.e., education, training etc.)/ Experience - Chartered Accountant

Minimum Experience: - Should have experience of minimum 5-7 years with audit and assurance background from a Big 4 organization.

- Big 4 experience in audit and assurance is mandatory.

Special Skills/Attributes: (required for performing the job effectively) - Financials closure, knowledge, and application of IND AS, statutory audit, tax audit closure and consolidation of financials including closing any issues related to taxation, demerger etc.

Key Responsibilities (List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives):

- Statutory Audits / Internal Audits

- Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years' experience.

- Big 4 experience in audit and assurance department is mandatory.

- Having knowledge and application of of IND - AS, financials closure, statutory audit, tax and consolidation of financials.

- Ability to close issues and along with auditors including key accounting matters.

- Good communication and co-ordination skills to monitor timely and efficient closure of audit.

- Updated with latest regulations related to IND-AS, Accounting standards, Direct and Indirect Taxes.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Monitoring and closure of Internal audit. Timely resolution and response for queries for internal audit.

- Timely submission of any reports to management and the investors.

- Will also handle the operational finance activities along with Cluster Finance Head.
