Job Title: Assistant Manager - Accounts
What would you be doing?
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
- Review of books of accounts including general accounting, ledger scrutiny
- Responsible for updation of books of accounts on daily basis
- Preparing daily MIS on cash flow position
- Responsible for timely deposit of TDS, GST, FEMA etc.
- Responsible for preparing TDS, GST returns
- Handling preparation of business agreement, Purchase orders, debit/credit notes
- Prepare documents/details for all internal, statutory and special audits
- Responsible for timely payment of creditors and timely collection of revenue
- Co-ordination and reconciliation with creditors for their ledger matching, handling queries
- Co-ordination with internal teams for improvement of internal control and processes
- Handling banking relationships for payments, receipts, accounts management.
What are we looking for?
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Attitude to go get things done, attention to details, have high integrity and a great team player
- Location: Gurgaon.
