Assistant Manager - Finance

- Responsible for monthly closure of accounts on a timely basis.

- Preparation of monthly standalone and consolidated financials

- Preparation of monthly MIS and variance analysis based on MIS/Budgets and acting upon the same

- Review and improve the existing Internal Control Process

- Review and monitor the monthly expenses

- Dealing with external auditors (Big-4), internal auditors, tax advisors

- Ensure timely statutory compliances

- Should be aware of new changes in the statutory laws and ensure the system is in line with the same.

- Should be familiar with the direct and indirect taxes

- Should have working knowledge of the compliances under the Companies Act.
