One of the leading FMCG is looking for Assistant Manager- Exports
This Position will be based in UAE.
The candidate will reports to Export Head .
Experience: 3 years to 7 years
Job Description:
New business development:
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new and untapped markets within the regions, and identifying distributors to provide an organized entry into these markets for the Company.
- He/She will be responsible for mapping market potential, opportunity identification, secondary research to work.
- He/She will Monitor & report competitive intelligence, especially across focus geographies.
- He/She will identify new products that can help accelerate the business growth.
Driving existing businesses:
- The candidate will be responsible for overall business responsibility for growing company business in market.
- He/she will be driving the business in an organized, distribution led model with marketing led initiatives to drive brand awareness and business growth.
Planning & Budgeting:
- Will prepare annual Business Plans for the markets being operated.
- He/She will be working out marketing and distribution requirements and proposing the same in the business planning exercise
- Candidate will prepare SKU wise sales forecast based on aggregated orders across geographies & ensure timely production planning
Brand Activation:
- Will develop brand communication plans across identified geographies
- Will Support local teams/distributors in planning & executing consumer activation
- He will help trade teams to plan and roll-out consumer & trade marketing initiatives in the focus geographies
