Looking for Assistant Manager- Employee Engagement for a Leading E-Commerce Organization
Location : Would be based out of Bangalore, work would involve travelling to hubs in other cities/states as well as per the requirement.
Experience required : 2-5 Years
Industry : Candidates from Hotel Industry required.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work towards improvement of employee satisfaction score (Previous hands-on experience in Q12 Gallup Survey would be an added advantage).
- Developing employee communication programmes through various initiatives specially focused on sense of belongingness and pride, core human truths, communication posters and appreciation boards.
- Developing various rewards and recognition programmes based on the performance, interactions and innovations.
- Establishing a mechanism towards a fool proof employee grievance redressal system through integration of various channels.
- Developing a career growth plan, training and development for our delivery personnel including associates, team leaders, hub in-charges, etc.
- Driving Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through various people-driven green initiatives and CSR activities for the benefit of society.
- Designing and executing various wellness programmes related to work-life balance, medical camps, health awareness related to fitness & hygiene factors.
Salary Range: 7-10 LPA
