Assistant Manager - Due Diligence - CA - Consulting Firm

We have an exciting opening with our client an MNC Consulting Firm

AM - Due Diligence for their Gurgaon office.

(Candidates from shared services and not in a direct consulting role, need not apply)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Executing and managing projects in Accuracy's Transaction Support practice

2. Identifying deal issues and making recommendations for mitigation.

3. Preparing key financial analysis of normalized EBITDA, target working capital, level of indebtedness

4. Preparing data books, due diligence reports, business models etc.

5. Identifying and developing business opportunities with Partners & Directors

REQUIREMENTS:

1. 3 - 4 or more years of experience in Diligence team of a Big 4 accounting firm or similar

2. Chartered Accountant

3 Excellent MS Office skills

4. Strong analytical, accounting and valuation expertise

5. Key skills: Accounting, Auditing, Financial due diligence, Financial analysis, Financial Modeling

6. Candidates with prior experience of financial due diligence and audit would be preferred

7. Ability to work independently / manage a project / lead a team
