Assistant Manager - Direct Taxation

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Review the related party transactions, tax notes forming part of the Financial Statements prior to finalizing accounts;

- Assist with compliance on all tax matters including review and timely filing of CIT returns, - Transfer pricing disclosure forms, tax audit enquiries, Local files inter-alia including liaising with finance team and tax advisers;

- Assist to prepare /review the current and deferred tax calculations

- Assistance with preparing local country TP reports as per local guidelines and rules, including liaising with tax advisors;

- Assistance with preparation of the CbC Report in line with the OECD and local country regulations;

- Assist with Economic Substance Reporting (ESR) and manage the filing of ESR notifications.

- Maintain and update TP annual compliance calendar;

- Assistance with tax audit queries;

- Manage and obtain Tax Residency certificates for countries which are required to avail treaty benefits;

- Maintain status reports for all tax compliance requirements globally.

Ideal Candidate :

- Chartered Accountant with Good experience into International taxation and transfer pricing.

- Preferably from CA firm.
