The incumbent will be responsible for :
Handling tax assignments including :
- Advising clients on tax structures and tax issues
- Permanent Establishment advisory
- Corporate Tax Return Filing
- Expatriate tax planning
- Withholding tax advisory and certification
- Representation before tax authorities
- Advising on exchange control regulations
- Client interface, liaison and relationship
- Managing a team including qualified chartered accountants

To be tailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,
2 - 4 years experience in :
- Income tax advisory, litigation and business tax matters
- Representation before tax authorities
- Knowledge on interpretation of double tax avoidance agreements
- Basic understanding on Transfer Pricing
- Working knowledge on International tax structuring
- Working knowledge of Domestic Tax Compliances
2. Experience in/exposure to exchange control regulations will be an added advantage
3. Very good communication skills including legal/technical drafting
4. Very good interpersonal skills
5. Good analytical and process skills
