Assistant Manager - Direct Tax - M&A Tax & International Tax Advisory - CA/LLB

Qualifications:

- CA/LLB with 2-5 years of experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in M&A Tax and International Tax Advisory.

- Prior experience with Big 4 firms or reputable law firms is highly preferred.

- Additional expertise in GIFT City advisory and estate planning will be considered a significant advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
