Assistant Manager - Direct Tax - Litigation

Preparing for the matters before the Income tax tribunal i.e. briefing the senior / partner on the issues involved, collating details, preparing of paper books, coordinating with the teams across locations for various queries, taking adjournment in the matters, etc.

- To handle queries of various teams across the organization relation to litigation

- To provide assistance in briefing external counsel on a case to case basis

- Responsible for updating knowledge management database

- Read new developments and identifications/developing solutions for any emerging issues

- CA Post Qualification experience of 2 to 5 years.
