Assistant Manager-Digital Transformation
Job Description:
This role is to implement organization's loyalty program strategy in a particular geography and drive the same as a loyalty champion in his / her region with a responsibility of scaling up the program as per agreed metrices and create a monthly reporting mechanism for the internal stakeholders for real time update and course corrections, if the need be.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- New Member Registration - Carpenters and Contractors Onboarding
- Training and Participation in Onboarding Process - Support and Train sales team to drive enrolments.
- Regular Market Visit - Meeting, educating & continual interactions with dealers on references & leads.
- Drive Activation and Member Engagement
- Regular Coordination with Sales team in terms of members engagement - Enrolled members should start engagement within a quarter.
- Manage Program Collaterals - Provide Program Kits, User manual etc. to drive activation.
- Designing and Managing of Engagement Calendar - Execute engagement activities as per designed calendar in terms of Carpenters and Contractors meets, Reward Distribution etc.
Program Governance:
- Build Relationship with Active Members - Timely Member issue resolution for priority set of member.
- Sales Team reporting and performance check - Track and assist sales team on WhatsApp group, Extract, analyse and interpret data from different sources to enable data visualization and translate findings into simple actionable insights.
- Uphold data governance standards and ensure data is captured consistently and appropriately across different touch points and channels and in compliance with the GDPR regulations.
- Manage projects in order to deliver them on time and within budget.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL SET:
- Minimum of 4 years; experience in a sales and marketing function.
- Exposed to any of the available tool to manage Customer and Influencer loyalty.
- Proficient user of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Good copywriting, proofreading skills and excellent attention to details.
- Strong on data analytics and possess a commercially bend of mind.
- Strong Collaboration Skills to coordinate well with different Business Verticals.
- Open to exhaustive travel schedules.
- Strong communications skills, working closely with multiple stakeholders and aligning each one of them.
