Candidates Key Skills:-

A well accomplished Digital Media professional with either a reputed Brand or a reputed Digital agency with at least 5 years of Digital Media Management experience, preferably in Mobile/PC industry.

- Excellent knowledge of Digital Media platforms and publishers.

- Excellent capability to manage Digital Media Agency, preparing digital media briefs and monitoring digital media campaign executions.

- Strong skills in allocating and optimizing digital media spends based on ongoing campaign results.

- Very strong negotiation skills to avail best possible rates in the industry.

- Well versed with Adwords.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

- Having managed year round digital media campaigns for a brand or set of brands.

- Excellent relationship skills to work with various stakeholders and integrate campaign action.

- Very good analytical skills and knowledge of monitoring and analysing digital campaign KPIs.

- Experience of having worked with MNCs and Global Teams will be preferred.

- Experience of managing a mid-level role in Digital Media for a company / brand is a must.

- Candidate should be from a reputed management institute.

Job Responsibility:-

- Formulating Digital Media Plan and execution of the same for building brand, new product salience and during product lifecycle.

- Preparing Digital Media Plan Briefs for Agency, Platforms and Publishers.

- Excellent relations with account management teams of all publishers and key platforms

- Closely track updates in technology and ad formats on digital media platforms.

- Budget Management, Partner Payment Management and Adwords Budget Management

- Setting up of campaign KPIs, monitoring campaign performance, optimizing campaign plan during execution

- Ad Creative management

- SEM copies management

- Innovate new digital marketing approaches through ongoing development on varied digital marketing platforms.

- Competitive activities and spends track

- Analytics and activity impact reports preparation
