We are a leading Executive Search firm catering to various sectors. We are looking for a suitable candidate for one of our esteemed clients which is a leading Publishing House. Position details as follows :

Position : Assistant Manager - Digital Marketing

Department : Marketing & Publicity

Role Summary : The incumbent will be responsible for all promotion and publicity on online platforms and maintaining it's website content through the digital platforms - thereby increasing it's brand awareness, consumer engagements and analytics.

Stakeholders :

- Internal : Editorial, Sales, Production

- External : Author, Digital Agencies, Vendors

Key Accountabilities:

- Work with manager to maintain and build presence for the client's brand and authors across range of digital platforms

- Work on both book-by-book/author-driven campaigns as well as wider branding/generic engagement campaigns

- Deliver high levels of engagement across platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blog

- Work in tandem with publicity/marketing team to provide excellent digital element to complement offline book/author/brand campaigns - effectively reaching the target market through the most appropriate medium

- Maintain up-to-date, accurate data on website and consumer facing platforms

- Coordinate with consumer insight team to conduct insight and analytics through appropriate digital mediums

- Create and distribute regular email newsletters and mailings - providing analytics on the same

- Co-ordinate with publicity team to provide online element to offline events and drive maximum consumer insight at these places
