Roles and Responbilities
1. Responsible for management and growth of all the owned digital and social media properties of the brand based on business goals (engagement or traffic).
2. Ensure visibility to the brand by creating engaging and consumable content in various forms which can be distributed across all social channels by following respective channel dynamics.
3. Spearhead the lead generation initiatives to create compelling marketing ideas for the product features/launches/campaigns by working with function heads of various teams
4. Constantly monitor and manage the brand and ensure that negative sentiments if any are flagged off immediately with the PR team.
5. Work with online influencers to run various brand campaigns based on new product/feature releases to engage our communities on social media to increase reach and visibility for the brand.
