A leading Asset Management Co. is looking for a hands-on, smart, highly-motivated & results-oriented digital marketer to join its e-business team. The e-business team is working towards leveraging the growing preference of Indian population to transact online. The online business & transaction platforms for channel partners & DIY investors is geared towards achieving that goal.
The successful candidate will be having the ability to manage & deliver on multiple milestones in a fast-paced environment. This profile is an ideal mix of product, digital & relationship marketing with a focused objective of driving acquisition, adoption & sustained usage of the online products aimed at channel partners as well as DIY investors.
Job responsibilities :
- Assist in development of marketing plans & communication calendar for the digital business of the firm.
- Take ownership of flawless execution of integrated digital marketing plans across multiple channels - direct, display, search, mobile & social.
- Assist in development of product marketing material in form of presentations, hand-outs, videos, et al for all new features as & when introduced in our online transaction portals.
- Liaise the agency & publisher relationships. This shall include communicating marketing campaign briefs, collaborate for creative & communication plan for each campaign, creative iteration, development of final creative materials & timely launch of campaigns.
- Monitor each campaign metrics. Prepare end to end reports & dashboards. This shall include aggregating data from display, search, social, direct marketing campaigns as well as in-house data sciences team.
- Build & manage a knowledge center for all marketing campaigns as well as historical performances so as to guide future planning & influence budgets.
- Share monthly site, engagement & business metrics with larger teams.
- Liaise with multiple departments to secure approvals for campaigns & campaign materials, whenever needed.
- Conduct periodic surveys of the product users as well as prospects to assess their product understanding & use that as insight for future campaigns as well as overall marketing plans.
Your skills, competencies & Qualifications
- A self-starter and results-orientated with keen eye for details
- Atleast 2 years of experience of being part of small to medium size digital marketing teams in agency or a direct client role
- Experience in developing & executing performance-driven marketing campaigns
- Outstanding oral & written communication skills
- Excellent at writing and editing copy
- Expert understanding of Analytics tools like google analytics, mixpanel, crazy egg, etc.
- Understanding of ecommerce, digital advertising, email marketing, targeted advertising, marketing analytics & social media.
- Comfort & ability to work in a fast-paced, analytics-minded environment
- Educational qualification in Mass Media Communication or an equivalent qualification would be a plus
- Past experience in Banking, Insurance or Mutual Fund companies will be a plus
