Assistant Manager - Digital Experience - BFS

- The role incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of cutting edge digital experience across the organisation for customers and enterprise users

- Develop and implement digital solutions impacting customers users, enterprise users and business partners

- Primary responsibilityfor managing the entire project lifecycle right from conceptualization, implementation, adoption and optimisation.

- Interface with various stakeholders and cross functional teams for requirements, timelines finalization, delivery and support.

- Focus on interface design review, technology development and maintainability

- Responsible for solution designing approach for a project considering requirements, existing products and services and development capability/bandwidth

- Thorough understanding of the API structure and it's associated components.

- Be familiar with various API tools (REST / SOAP) and should be able to test and verify the API functionalities.

- Should have zeal to learn new products and be able to manage the product independently.

- Manage changes in existing product configurations and configure changes for new products.

- Should be able to manage cloud based development such as AWS and be aware of the services available.

- 360 degree ownership of the projects including development, security and support lifecycles.

- Should be able to analyze the logs and dig down to understand the root cause of the issues.

- Should have worked under project management tool such as Jira, Confluence etc.

- Perform sanity testing, issue reporting and tracking. Assist teams in UAT testing and resolve issues as per criticality.

- Years of experience - 5 to 9 years of experience

- Mandatory Qualification - Engineering (B.E./ B.Tech) & MBA

- Should have worked on - Digital Application development and measurement. (2-3 years)

- Requirement analysis, UAT testing, vendor management. Analysis of issues and providing resolutions.

- Technology skills - Development experience in technology such as Java, React.native and AWS / Cloud.The role incumbent will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of cutting edge digital experience across the organisation for customers and enterprise users
