- 4-5 years of experience
- Will report into the Lead - Learning and Development
- Will be responsible for design [ 30%] and implementation [70%] of talent and engagement frameworks
- Should have worked in & Contributed to organizations which have leading edge engagement and talent frameworks
- Flexible, Agile and high learning agility
- Stable career [ not a hopper ] - look at motivators
