Salary Offered : 8-10 LPA
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: Source, scout, screen, and recruit the best talent for Technical roles.
- Closely collaborate with hiring managers to define the required skills and backgrounds for open positions, create assessment and interview schedules and seamlessly manage coordination
- Ensure 100% staffing as per the agreed People Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Enhance the portal utilization by posting jobs in a way to attract aspiring candidates
- Conduct mass recruitment drives if needed
- Enhance employee referral programs
- Compensation negotiation as per the recruitment guidelines set in the organization
- Ensure 100% onboarding of team members by liaising with HRBP/HR Admin
- Prepare monthly scorecard on staffing
Required Skills:
- 2-6 years of Experience in Tech Hiring.
- Strong negotiation skills
- Graduate or post-graduate in any discipline
- Experience in Excel is a must and fair knowledge in operating
