Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition - Insurance
- The ideal candidate should be able to hire across all Functions other than SALES.
- PREFERABLY MBA
- Partner with multiple stake holders, Hiring Managers and recruiting teams for business delivery Offer negotiation, joining negotiations, escalations, weekly to monthly reviews with Hiring Managers & business
- Routine recruitment activities: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, facilitating, making fitments, offer fitment proposals, profitability, checking internal parity and Offer management
- Launch and execute Alumni and employee referral process.
- Core team member for refreshing referral hiring to increase effectiveness and employee awareness; Coordinate with business stakeholders to meet demand of some niche skills Involved in brand building exercises by conducting regular connect programs with yet to join candidates which helps improving the recruitment hit ratio and the hire loss percentage.
