- Understanding various departmental recruitment requirements and bring about the right sourcing mix for the same
- Identifying the prospective candidates through Internal data bank, Job Portals, Mapping,
- Ensure adherence to regulatory issues.
- Build strong ties with external agencies namely, candidates, recruitment agencies, colleges so as to uphold a positive brand image for the company.
- Be updated on the market trends in resourcing, recruitment strategies adopted by competitors and accordingly plan adequate approaches
